Thought-Field Therapy

The remaining 20% can usually be freed of their problem with either one further session (complex or multi-layered problems may require longer), or referral to diagnostic level or voice technology therapy.

You may have seen Paul McKenna recently on GMTV, where, each day of the week he was given a member of the public who had a chronic phobia (claustrophobia, heights, dentists) and within just one hour, he had completely released their phobia, allowing them (live on national telly), to face their fear calmly.

 

THOUGHT FIELD THERAPY (TFT) is a simple and straightforward technique for resolving emotional and psychological issues. TFT utilises acupressure points which are activated by simply tapping them with the fingertips while thinking about a specific problem. This process has the capability of disabling and often completely eliminating troublesome emotional and physical responses.

 

The therapist either taps, or instructs the client to tap a series of pre-determined points on the body in a precise order. This is done while the client thinks of the problem. Typically, a significant reduction of the problem results.
